The mission of Tender Beauty Foundation, Inc. and its volunteers is to:

Protect the world's oceans, waterways,  and wildlife, and to support people through scholarships and medical research into the root causes of genetic disorders and environmental illness.

Our Organization

Tender Beauty Foundation, Inc. is all-volunteer, and a not-for-profit organization that promotes volunteerism and grant making for environmental, medical research, and educational projects.

Its founder, Ms. Johanna Lolax, holds degrees in literature, political science, and communications from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Her firm, Best Consulting, LLC, offers unique fundraising training and tools at:

About Our Founder

Johanna Lolax, M.A., GIA Pearls Diplomate, is a versatile and creative entrepreneur, with many  years of  experience in management.

A strategic thinker who has raised millions of dollars through major donor work, proposal writing to national foundations, special events, and other fundraising efforts for educational, social service, high tech, and health care organizations in New England, Mrs. Lolax is dedicated to philanthropy.

The recipient of many awards for community service, Mrs. Lolax formerly directed fundraising, community relations, and grant making for Fallon Clinic Foundation. She is a past member of the Board of Directors with Junior Achievement of Central Massachusetts and the Worcester Educational Development Foundation, Inc.
